Seeking DET1 40ARRW Pedro Crewmembers
Hi Stephen,
I'm researching a USAF plane crash in my home village in
RF-4C on a mission from RAF Alconbury on 5th May 1970 : 64-1018 from 1st TRS / 10th TRW
I have been in communication with the 011B crash fire truck driver who says
that a H-43 Rescue Helicopter attended the
crash
scene.
Mention of this is on my webpage : http://www.millthorpeaircrash.org.uk
(click on 1970 link)
Would you please add my details to your next newsletter as I would like to get
in touch with the Pedro crew to see what
they
remember of the incident.
Many thanks
Nick Wheat
