INTRODUCTION
It’s
that time again! Every time the “story-well” starts to dry up, someone manages
to send good stuff. This issue we’re going to look at an unknown author’s view
of turbine engines. Also a report and some pictures of the ARA/PRHA reunion, a
great SEA story, a little bit of humor, and a few other goodies to keep us
entertained.
