THE EDITOR’S CORNER

During the past couple of months I have had several volunteers attempting to access H-43 Mission Reports in the USAF Archives at Maxwell AFB, AL. As usual when dealing with the government, complications have arisen. (PJ) Robert LaPointe has been invaluable in providing in- formation to help the Team resolve these problems.

(ABR) Len Shults who lives near the base is attempting to become an advocate for the Pedro News so he can purge the reports of any classified or personal information.

The other members of the Research Team are (PJ) Aaron Farrior, (PJ) Lou Roberts, (FE) James Burns and (ABR) Allen Kniphfer.

Additionally, Col. Joe Panza (ret) who works at Maxwell AFB has gone out of his way to assist with information and provide a point of contact.
