MYSTERY CREWMEMBER

During the initial stages of the Vietnam War, there were many strange operating entities assigned to standard Air Force Units. This RED BAHT RANGER is obviously protecting our extreme northwestern flank against attacks by the Communist Hordes.

Can anyone identify this individual who assigned to Det Prov.2 PARC at Nakon Phanom RTAFB circa 1965?
